The place is a nice place to live from how it was 2 years ago but the management uses a racist type system. For example the European property manager Stephanie sent out a email to all residents in 2025 this year saying that she is going to call CPS and help them remove the little children out of the homes and put them in foster care if they continue to be outside accusing parents of not watching their children that was racist because she is picking on the fact it's a black community so she treats the residents with a prejudice behavior the children have always been out there for years playing and their parents watch them but this new manager came in and began to be controlling and racist and now that Stephanie has not been in the office lately the maintenance worker who also is European n

Our new property manager Stephanie is literally the best pair with the best maintenance lady ! They have definitely taken a big step in turning this neighborhood around !

No one is answering any of the phone calls or messages I've left. I only got through one good time and now no one is working. I drove up the sign said closed but someone was clearly inside since they decided to open the blinds when I parked my car outside the office. It's very unprofessional at this point, especially when I'm trying to move less than two weeks and I'm reaching out.

The Absolute Worse place on earth to live. Several People has been murdered out here, The Rent is high way robbery, Never fix anything, Drug Dealers all around, Management Sucks, High Ass Rent, The Apartments are all the same, but charge an arm & a leg for certain ones. Save your cash & look else where. If you move to Cabarrus Arms? You will regret it

This place is horrible I hate it the place is a mess and dirty, lots of crimes but most of the people are friendly. Overall don’t move in they should trash it and build something else over it tbh😑
