No complaints since I moved in over a year ago. My neighbors are respectful and the grounds are quite clean. Maintenance is top notch, always punctual, and resolves the issue everytime.

Sandra, the leasing manager was professional and friendly. And I loved the apartment she showed me. She answered all my questions and I was impressed by Keystone Crossings in general.

ROACH AND MOLD APARTMENTS We had ongoing problems with mold in the dishwasher and in the building in general. When we reported the problem they said “it’s just a building issue” Never replaced the dishwasher, just rinsed off the filter (attached photos of the dishwasher filter full of mold when we first moved in). As far as I know, nothing was ever done about the mold in the building and that same dishwasher I’m sure is still in the unit after having moved out I attached pictures of the roach traps we had to go out and buy every couple of months. We repeatedly told them about the bug problem and they did next to nothing to solve it because the whole duration of us living there we kept buying traps and having them fill up. Today, two maintenance personnel entered my apartment to replace my refrigerator. Unfortunately, during the process of removing the old unit, they damaged my couch. What’s even more frustrating is that they didn’t inform me about the damage instead, they left without saying a word, as if nothing had happened. At the time, I was working remotely and focused on a task, trusting that the maintenance team would handle the job with care and professionalism. Clearly, that was not the case. I spoke with the Assistant Manager regarding the issue, but I was met with a lack of accountability. Neither the Assistant Manager nor her supervisor seems willing to take responsibility, and instead, the blame is being shifted onto me simply because I was informed they were coming today.
