Keystone Apartments

If I could I would give them zero stars. I had an appointment this past week to complete an application. I was greeted by Ms.Nicole sweet a sugar and very helpful. Then came the Mgr Ms.Pat with a very nonchalant attitude. She told me while I was completing my paperwork that she was being made to open the waiting list. I emailed my documents over to her while I was in the main area. Ms. Pay walked to her office and I can hear her saying "I'm going to shredded her application soon as I get it" to someone in the back. She walked back in with my bank information and said "Oh, one didn't come through so there is no need to go farther." I asked her can I go print it and bring it back to her she stated for what I'm about to shredded all of your documents. Wow. All because one document dfailed to

I feel like this apartment complex could use some more work. And it takes like 3-5 business days to get your air conditioner fixed during critical weather . Bad environment trash and random things fount around and I also seen a raccoon near the dumpsters . It’s just not it

I'm a new Tenant, and I'm very pleased with my apartment. The apartments has been renotavited , everything works properly in my apartment. I haven't seen not one bug of any kind. It's a quite complex. The grounds are kept up n the kids aren't all over the place. Maintenance is prompt. Ms.Patricia is a good property manager. She's just a little firm when she speaks. But she does an awesome job. My only complaint is that there's lights in the back of the apartments. But the parking lot has spot lights.one on the corner. To dark at night n I don't like coming home with no lights at night in the parking lot.

The office manager is the worst. She is rude and she don't need to be working with people considering she don't know how to talk to people. LAURIE HARRIS Don't want to be asked questions because she either one dont know the answer or two lazy and don't want to work. I asked her 4 vital questions. And she called the police like a threat against her life was made. My tone never even raised. And the poor young girl who first day was today was just as shocked as I was. I hope she still have a job because when asked by police the young lady said I was pleasant and she baffled as to why she even called. Smfh I asked for corporate number and that what set her off. And she never gave it to me but please believe I will get it.

There’s a very rude woman with box braids. She’s young & I don’t know her name very well but I needed help from her this morning & she was rushing me to speak & I asked if she was in a hurry & she told me that she was. I was trying to talk to her about the notice on my door but she continued to be rude & even slammed the door in my face. Get someone else to take her place please. She is very nasty!
