Pamela Monday of Key Realty was our relator in 2021. She was very inactive and disinterested in us we felt from the start. We found our own homes to look at after she kept suggesting homes that did not match what we asked for. We found our dream home and started the purchasing process without her even involved, sending another agent to show us the house. We then listened to her about home inspection. This was a big mistake. Her suggested home inspector missed many huge issues leading to us needing to take a 50k personal loan to fix our home. I would suggest staying away from her. We were specially given her because we used a VA loan making the situation worse in my opinion meaning she was directly misleading a member of our own military at the time.
