We bought a home and sold a home with Kevin. We were very picky and Kevin helped us find the perfect home. He is exceptionally flexible (we changed our mind several times). After we made our offer and accepted he had everything set up within hours (inspection, contractors, etc.). Keven also helped us through some minor sellers drama... he was extremely patient!

Kevin was extremely helpful! He took his time and he was patient with us during the six months that we worked with him. He even helped announce our garage sale where we were able to get rid of many things no longer needed at our new home. We appreciate that he helped us sell our house and buy the new one.
