My heat went out at 9:30pm and Brian was at my house, with a smile, by 10:00 and had the problem fixed in about 5 minutes. He is by far the best maintenance tech I have encountered at any community I’ve lived. Update: My lease is up the end of next month and I’m regretting not renewing. This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I absolutely love everything about living here. My neighbors are older so really no noise at all. I can occasionally hear a tv in the bedroom but it’s not bothersome. Sheila and Brian are the dynamic duo and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. They are great at what they do and you can tell they love their jobs.

My moving in was the best decision in a long while! The maintenance man Brian and the lady in the office, Shelia are amazing people! They are willing to work with you and help you if they can! I love the setting! There is very little I would change! Love it here!

Brian P always comes prepared to resolve any issues we have. He is known for his quick response. When we call about an issue we know he will be at the door in just a few minutes. Excellent customer service.
