Kensington West Apartments

I have lived in and toured many apartment complexes in the area and Kensington West is by far my favorite. The management and staff are absolutely amazing. Maintenance always came within 24 hours to fix the very few issues I had. They have fun events each month and you can tell the staff truly cares about happiness of the residents. The new renovations look fantastic (part of the reason it was hard to leave). There is a wide variety of neighbors but everyone is quiet, nice, and respectful. The only reason I moved out was because I bought a condo from a family member. I was actually very sad to leave, but I would recommend KW to anyone and everyone!

The leasing team here is amazing! Madison gave me a fantastic tour of two different apartments and answered all of my questions very thoroughly-they were also very clean and had some minimal staging to give me an idea of the size of each room (what a great idea!). The team did their best to work with my budget, and in general were absolutely wonderful to work with. The community and the amenities here look fantastic! I ended up leasing somewhere else just due to the proximity of my work and related factors but this place was amazing and high in consideration until the end.

I lived at Kensington West for just over 2 years and loved it. The leasing staff was always super kind and helpful and maintenance was prompt any time I had any issues. I would have renewed my lease again had I not had to move out of state. The apartments have a much more homey feel than a lot of other apartments and the neighbors are all very nice. My dog absolutely loved the dog park and the complex is surrounded by several neighborhoods for any length walks you could want. The pool is also super nice and maintained very well. Overall I really enjoyed my time at Kensington West and would definitely recommend!

Kensington West has been an amazing place to call home… From our first tour, to currently being residents here we have had very responsive, and amazing service. Carolyn has been the greatest help since day one, and made the moving experience enjoyable. Beautiful area too, couldn’t recommend any more!

The best place to live! I’d rented many apartments and Kensington is #1 on the list. The one bedroom apartment was very spacious for my large dog and I. The amenities are what caught my attention before applying and they’ve been great during my time here. It’s amazing to see how well kept and clean all the public spaces are. The staff are always friendly and I looked forward to a cheerful “hello” every morning from the maintain crew. The monthly events the office hosts for residents were actually very fun and well throughout to include all residents. Many guests I’ve had over commented on how quiet and peaceful the courtyard outside the apartments were, something I will deeply miss when I move.
