Judy Casas was very friendly and a great help when I called recently. She was able to answer my questions and helped me get set up on the portal quickly. I was so thankful for her assistance. It’s never fun dealing with HOA issues but I was pleasantly surprised how easy she made it.

I experienced the best customer service I have ever received from Angie Hite today. I had a problem with my condo fee bookkeeping, and she was able to fix it for me while on the phone. She should be doing the training for every customer service rep that is employed by Community Property Management. The owner's of this company should give her a raise, and make sure she never leaves. We are new to CPM. I had the pleasure of speaking with Maria this morning and she was very helpful in walking me through the online payment system. Her soft spoken demeanor and calm voice were much appreciated!

Theresa Staryak is a ROCK STAR!!!! She is serving this HOA and their owners VERY well.... She assisted my team and I with the Mortgage lending side of things.. when we had a small multitude of questions... She was PROMPT in her replies... very pleasant on the phone, and as helpful as ANYONE could be!!! You all should be grateful to have her on your HOA Team Management!!
