Kennedy Plaza Apartments

This place is nasty! Tenants hanging outside the building, hitting people up for money, etc. If you deliver food here, beware! This place should be shut down.

Its a place to live nicest thing I can say

Garbage all over parking lot and entrance

That apartment building is disgusting who owns that building is not very concerned about the activity and what is going on. And afford to be located so close to the Utica City Hall is embarrassing. As well as a multi-million dollar Hospital that was built with urban renewal money government funds

Lived here for about 2 years pretty nice stay. The apartments were quite small but still able to live in. Neighbors were really loud and I made a few complaints about a lady who lived below me playing music loudly at night, but no changes were made.
