Kendall Square

I've been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The management team is friendly and always quick to respond when something needs fixing or if there are any concerns. It’s nice knowing they actually care and follow through in a timely manner. The neighbors are friendly and are a diverse community, which adds a nice atmosphere to the place. Everyone’s respectful and it feels like a safe, welcoming environment. One of the things I really appreciate is how pet-friendly the complex is. There’s also a playground area for kids, which is great for families. It’s a good place for both pets and children to enjoy some outdoor time. Another bonus is the natural shade ,there are lots of trees throughout the complex, which helps keep the apartments

Kendall Square is small, incredibly quiet, and very peaceful. This Property is gated, with the gate only being open during Office Hours, which lends to a greater feeling of security. The Office is open 5 days a week from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with one of those days being Saturday, so that Management is available in person for any Residents that can't make it in during the weekdays. Maintenance lives onsite and is wonderful! He is really quick to respond, and complete issues as they arise. Everyone here seems to be very respectful of their neighbors. I noticed quite a few bad reviews, but I have to say that they are VERY OLD, and do not accurately describe the Property or Staff now, as the Property Management has changed as of September 2024. The current manager Amber was truly helpful, we loved living here the last 3 years! The only thing we would change is the amount of parking but other than that we loved our apartment!

This place very nice for living. Peacefull and clean. I am living here from last year. And if you have any kind of problems and here is very kind and an experienced manager named Amber. Who allways listen your any kind of inquiry or problem and solve as soon as possible 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My experience at Kendall is great this my second time living here it's quiet ,well kept up and Amber is wonderful she's a good person easy to talk ,and takes care any problems I have right away.
