Kendall Park Apartments

I was there for 13 years. I've been asking for my carpet to be changed. Because it was wear and tear, and the rain kept coming in from the slider. Door I would not move there because gunfires and people shooting guns off partying, and the places has gone bad with the new landlord there. If I was you, I would not move there, because everybody's cars, calibers are getting taken and all the manager, let's say was call your insurance or look at you dumbfounded like she doesn't know what to do I would not move there at all, I'm not the only person that moved down. There's a lot more people that are Moving Out at this time. Please do not move there.It's it's suicide.

Extreme health problems at these apartments, mold, mildew, rats in the walls, too many problems to list. It's owned by the San Bernardino Housing Authority and managed by Reliant Asset Management. an affiliate of the housing authority. The manager Eusebia is the most incompetent, uncaring, unprofessional, dishonest person we have ever met! She will not repair or fix any problem. There is constant crime , , catalytic converter thefts from tenants that live on site , and the manager does nothing! Absolutely nothing! There is a mentally disturbed chain cigarette smoker that has smoked out an entire building complex, and Eusebia the manager still does nothing!! Mold, leaks, crime, drugs, health problems, and the manager does nothing! The pool is disgusting, the laundry room is disgusting,

The worse apartments I've lived in. I've lived in these apartments for about a year and the manager that currently manages these apartments is extremely unprofessional. Her name is franchesca and she is never in her office and acts as if she hates her job that she applied for. Whenever you put in a work order she gets extremely upset and trys to argue with you about what the problems you need fixed. She attempts to belittle you when you have a complaint about something and the pool is so dusgusting and spa doesn't even work and the laundry room is still flithy. Peoples storage doors are warped or ripped off and aren't being replaced but she makes sure she gets a security screen on her apt while everyone else never gets work done.The floor boards of the second floor apartments are rotted a
