A great company to rent from, they have been very understanding during the pandemic to us. Kelly has always been nice and professional with me and super helpful. Lenny is a great guy who does his best to come out in a timely manner to get things fixed for us! Could not recommend a better company than them! I appreciate them so much! When we first looked at the house we were able to apply right away and then met wit Kelly in her office to sign the lease! We have had no problems what so ever!

I haven't had any issues with them actually Kelly has been very understanding as far as my rent being late because of issues with the utilities as soon as I moved in through no fault of their own also I would like to say that whenever I've called the maintenance guy he's been on point and have fixed things without me ever being charged a dime. I've only been here a few months but so far so good 👍🏾😊

Worst reality company ever. I would never recommend this reality company. Stay far away they won't fix anything and when someone shows up to fix an issue nothing gets fixed they try to charge you for something that they caused anyway and it still doesn't get fixed. Kelly and Lenny are horrible people that only care about taking your money. I know first hand I'm rent off them now and actively looking for a better place and better people to rent from. Don't say your weren't warned.

Was very excited to find a place that fit my needs and my price range. Getting a hold of anyone has been a nightmare. When you do their messages are short or a mess. Received my lease and was blindsided with fees and questions, and when I asked to go over these questions in person (because no one had even met with me the entire process), I’ve been ignored. I refuse to sign something that I cannot discuss for better understanding. Buyer/Renter beware.

I was ecstatic about the apartment, but when push came to shove, the realtor was unresponsive, refused to do any in person interaction, and over all just took too long to do anything. They wouldn't even show us the place in person, just gave us the lock box code and let us look on our own. The way they emailed the lease and asked us to deposit money directly into their chase bank account was very off putting, it felt like a scam. When we asked to meet in person to discuss the lease and arrange a proper way to pay, they went radio silent. Don't bother with this company, they're probably thieves.
