We just had a great buying experience with Jen Lampe ,Team Leader and Realtor with Dahlia Group Keller Williams Western Realty in Bellingham.We purchased a small cabin at Lake Whatcom .Jen was extremely professional and patient during the whole procedure as first time US property purchasers from Canada.We felt she was always working for our best interests and managed to accommodate last minute changes and the earlier closing of Escrow.She referred excellent partners like Rice Insurance and Chicago Title. Jen even had one of her friendly fellow realtors Jon Ross meet us at the cabin last minute ,for my wife to see the property before we signed all the paperwork at the Title office.Thanks Jen for everything,keep up the great work !

It appeared that two Keller Williams agents working out of this office were colluding to get me to bid a higher amount on a purchase, notifying me that there was a bidding war on the property. Turned out there was no bidding war. If I did listen to Keller Williams, I would have paid at least $100,000 more for the property. I would run, don’t walk away from this Keller Williams.
