Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Shore Brigantine

If I could leave a negative star I would. DO NOT use Maria Bracall!!!! She rented a house and a boat slip in Brigantine. The boat slip was broke and if we didn’t notice it, it could have caused grave damage to the boat and us. We had to go out and buy the parts and fix the slip ourselves. She nor management will return our calls or emails to give us a refund for the parts, time and labor that we used to fix it.

We have had the privilege of working with Ethel and Lorraine. They did an amazing job for their buyers and sellers. It was a pleasure and we look forward to working together again soon!

I recently called the Keller Williams office Atlantic Shore in Brigantine New Jersey. I asked to speak to Joseph Musumeci who was the listing agent. He was not in the office and within minutes he had called me from the road and asked if I would like a tour of the island. I was overwhelmed with his knowledge of Brigantine and his outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend working with Joe in this market. I truly look forward to doing many more deals.

Contacted an agent who turfed me to another at the office to take my $400,000 plus listing and he never even followed with his promise to get back after driving by the house. I figured I'd let the owner of the realty company know but he never called me back either?!

Best Office an agents at the shore in my opinion. They are so professional and knowledgeable. It put many of my concerns to rest when looking to buy in the brigantine area. Will be sure to use again in the future.
