My experience with this so called real estate company was disappointing to say the least. My agent Adam Wilkes ,if you can actually contact him, was no where to be found. I got no walk through on the day of my closing. When I contacted the broker (Bove) she said that Adam Wilkes was a contractor, like a Uber driver. She wasn’t at all concerned that he hurt her business. So to sum up , I will never use this company again. I recommend you pick a better realtor. I sure anyone can do a better job.

Impossible to get ahold of. As the broker for the seller, they are holding my earnest deposit money. It’s been almost 2 weeks, and no one will contact me. The termination agreement was signed. Very unclear on why they will not release the funds.

I will never recommend another realtor other than Josh DeBrossard, after years of searching with numerous attempts to purchase a home I have finally found my one. From the moment I met Josh, he proved repeatedly that he was there for me. I would send him addresses of houses I found and within minutes he would respond with the information. He stuck with me through my search for almost 4 years for the perfect home. Never once did I feel like an annoyance or a burden to him, he was the reason I had a fighting chance at finding my forever home. Josh is not a realtor who is solely there to make money, he genuinely wants to help people find homes. I was contacted by Mike Carpaco, regarding a home I am selling myself on Zillow. Mike said he had a potential buyer and asked whether I would pay 3% commission to which I responded no, but I'd split the 3% commission with the buyer. He tried once more to get me to commit to 3% and I said no, then he hung up on me. I am glad he doesn't represent me and I wonder how often he chooses not to even ask a potential buyer with FSBO home if they would be amenable to splitting the commission. You don't know if you don't ask!
