Sunshine Thompson is without a doubt the best realtor I have ever worked with. She listed our house and listened to what we wanted to do and not once did she say we had to complete a list of things in order to sell. The house sold within the first week on the market and she was always on our side during the negotiations, saying no to things she knew we didn't want to do. When the first contract fell through she called other realtors who had scheduled showings to let them know it was back on the market, basically finding another buyer by the next day. She stayed on top of what was needed for the closing, even dealing with repair men. Of the five houses we have bought and sold through the years this one was the easiest and quickest. Sunshine is absolutely the best!

It was the easiest purchase process anyone can experience. Sandy and Bob were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They not only helped us with all our needs, they anticipated the needs that we were not even aware of. They have a lot of experience, know the market very well and make an awesome team to navigate the ins and outs of the Georgia real estate market. I would definitely recommend Sandy & Bob!
