Snow removal service hit my garage door in February of this year. It no longer will open due to the damage caused. I have been trying to get the association to deal with it for over 6 months now with no resolve. Instead they had the contractor contact me to get the situation rectified...which has gone no where because he denies all blame. If you want to pay someone for a service that will never get done, go for Keller, but in my opinion your better off anywhere else but a property managed by these people. Extremely unprofessional and rude. How are they even allowed to operate as a company???

Keller Properties, Inc. manages my townhome community. They have always been fair and treated me kindly. Most importantly they helped our community develop a solid plan to prepare for our financial future. Property management is a thankless business.

My old rating was a 1 star. It must have gotten taken down. They are pretty bossy here, but I don't pay much here for dues. I have a condo in FL, and those dues are really high, and they don't do anything. Now, they charge a $40 fee for credit cards for insurance payments. My favorite part is when you call the office, they won't take payments over the phone. Again, why do we need keller properties? Isn't there AI software to replace them? Hopefully soon!

Very rude staff (especially Carl Keller, he loves to hang up on customers). When calling about issues or maintenance requests they never get back to you. I agree with other reviewers. HOA fee is high and there is nothing happening around the property...They don't focus on things that actually NEED to be addressed, like foundations that are sinking and fixing sidewalks. They think painting the trim around garage doors is more important (nobody cares about there faded paint) I do NOT recommend this company.

I would NEVER recommend anyone rent from one of their properties. As an almost 4 year resident of Majestic Pines I can say that they are extremely rude, unprofessional Over the years of living here the resident manager Judy has proven to be extremely pregidous/biased against anyone under the age of 40. She will literally throw a fit if you mention something she does not agree with and then proceed to ignore you. I have never paid rent late or had any complaints and the only reason that we do not get a long is that she does personally not like me. Even though I have tried to be NOTHING but nice she continues to belittle me, She laughs and smiles and jokes around with ALL of the older residents but gets very upset/rude/short/angry whenever ANYONE that is younger comes to speak with her. Mys
