We switched to ATM after 25 years with a previous management company. It was like night and day difference from our old management company. The attention to detail was excellent. The explanations and advice we were given was sound and competent. My only regret was that we couldn't get the past board members to do this sooner. It would have saved us a lot of headaches over the years.
