There was a sudden unexpected issue with the toilet. I stopped Tammy, the office manager, locking the door on a Friday evening. She managed to have the issue resolved the next morning. Thank you Tammy!

Absolutely Terrible Experience – False Advertising & Terrible Management I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about this townhome company. From the beginning, everything was based on misleading information. They advertise modern, spacious units in a “quiet, well-managed” community—none of that is true. The units are outdated, maintenance is a joke, and noise is constant. They use beautiful photos and promises of amenities that either don’t exist or are in such poor condition they’re unusable. The rent prices they promote are deceptive too—you’ll get hit with hidden fees and charges that were never disclosed upfront. As for management? Incompetent, unresponsive, and frankly rude. Good luck trying to get anyone to fix something or even return your call. It’s obvious

It was a great experience, I opened the service order and was immediately attended to, and the problem was duly resolved.

This is a wonderful community. It's quiet, clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The office staff and management are responsive and accessible. The maintenance team is the best I've experienced - they are fast, friendly, and helpful. We have a nature preserve at our back door, and are within walking distance of Tamarack Nature Center. If they sold these units, I'd buy one.

I have lived here for 5 years and find the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Questions and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and professionally always. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are respectful. I would recommend Birch Lake Townhomes to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live.
