KB Home Seaview at Midtown

I bought a home here and I absolutely love it. It’s a very quiet, and chill community with the most amazing neighbors I’ve ever had! I barely hear the train and am not bothered by it at all. I can walk to the beach and I feel safe in my surroundings. The house prices are very reasonable.. I love my KB Home, the construction team is amazing to work with.

Honestly a beautiful community. Not sure who the superintendent was, but they deserve a raise! Also, the sales agents. Nothing but positive comments for them as well. Very happy with my experience with KB.

Seaview is such a beautiful community. It's less than 2 miles from the beach, restaurants, shops and all the fun in Ventura. Homes have gorgeous exterior and interior design with open and spacious floor plan and beautiful finishes.Kb home has done an amazing job with this community.

This is an amazing place to live! I purchased in November, 2024. The quality of the homes is exceptional. I felt the sales staff went above and beyond and out of their way to help me and make sure I was happy, even doing things for me after I moved in, touching up paint and coming over and helping me with things. The neighbors are quiet and friendly people. People look happy who live here, because we are!

I definitely recommend Seaview as your next home. It’s awesome being so close (walking distance!) to the beach and downtown. The neighbors here are all so outgoing and friendly, lots of animal lovers 🐶🐾🐱💗 The landscaping is beautiful and everything is very well maintained, constantly! The sales staff and contractors are always making sure everything is up to par. Overall, this is the nicest residence that I’ve ever lived at in Ventura County, it’s an exciting new chapter to our life!
