Just closed on a new build in Sabal Estates with KB Homes and had an outstanding experience. Our sales rep, Jacob Austin, was aces from day one—he stayed fully engaged from our first visit all the way through closing and beyond, never disappearing once the deal was done. The project manager, Jody, could not have been more accommodating and genuinely cared about us being happy with the house above all else. This is the fifth home we’ve built with a national builder in the St. Augustine area since 2011, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Highly recommend.
