Brad is one of the most patient and considerate people I've dealt with in this industry. His persistence but non invasive attitude, approach and drive are very much in representation to how this builder selects the people who work for them to sell their homes / product. He is beyond helpful and extremely friendly and again patient with people he encounters. We did not buy from him and it had absolutely nothing to do with him or the builder but shere location and outreaching to other areas outside of the St Augustine area. Brad is by far a gentleman and a professional in all he does. This comes from someone who appreciates his approach and attitude towards home buyers. Great asset indeed.
