KB Home Hancock Crossings

I’ve been living in Hancock Crossing for over 5 months, and it’s been a great experience so far. The community is peaceful and feels very safe, which was a top priority for me. Close to everything. Gaetano was knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process.

I have no complaints about the sales team in this community but your staff is only as good as the company they work for. They started building these homes without running any utilities throughout the neighborhood. This delayed the process and put my family out of a home when I was promised a closing date of April 3rd which I have in email. I sold my home based on the timeline KB Homes gave me, my family is still homeless to this day after receiving a closing date of April 3rd. I spoke with upper management and asked to cancel my contract that way we could move on from the situation and find a new home. We were able to cancel but KB would not budge on giving me any of my deposit back, not even partial. The community to this day is still not move in ready even though the home is complete. I

As nearby resident I would not buy a home built on this piece of land.. just FYI. Much sandy & lose fill was brought in to raise this land .. settling and cracking in a common problem in the houses around me.. and we are on the natural ground.. not mystery fill dirt..

I bought a house here. I love this community and I love KB home
