Yes, there are hundreds of realtors aged 21 to 91 throughout the Bay Area, but Karthiga is amazing and has an incredible way of breaking down complicated, confusing information through easy, honest “girl chat” that feels both concise and clear. Also, I never ever ever everrrrrrrrrr hesitate to invite her to meet my referrals at their home, and I can quickly on the spot share her socials with anyone without explanation because I know they are free of any the trendy over-the-top theatrics that I'm seeing often.
