Kansas Avenue Lofts

We love living here! We moved from Kansas City, MO as I accepted a new job here in Topeka. We sold our home that we have lived in for years, and were nervous about our first time renting in a long time. We were surprised in a very good way when we toured these lofts! These modern industrial lofts are absolutely gorgeous. They are cozy, the neighbors are friendly and quiet, and the landlords are very kind and quick to respond to questions and requests. If you're looking for a comfortable, quiet, safe, aesthetically pleasing loft - this is it. They allow pets, offer covered parking, and have a foyer/entry area where deliveries can be made, but only tenants can get through the inner door - very secure. I highly recommend this place for living.

Living in the Kansas Ave Lofts has been a truly unique experience, unlike anything else you will find in Topeka. The lofts are beautifully done. The high ceilings, granite counter tops, stained concrete floors, and the massive windows make for one stunning home. The indoor parking and elevator allow for convenient living. Management has also been very responsive and helpful.

The best loft living in downtown Topeka. Beautiful environment, secure entry, covered parking and a welcoming community are just a few of the perks. Downtown Topeka is experiencing an amazing transformation of unique restaurants, a trendy boutique hotel and new entertainment venues and I'm so happy to be in the heart of it all!

I had been following the progress of the lofts since it was 1st posted in the news as the ugliest building in Kansas, anxiously awaiting for the move in date. So happy to have moved from a country home in Holton to the lofts on January 1st 2019. Love the mixture of new and historical industrial look throughout the building. Everything you need: Beautiful spacious lofts, laundry hook ups, indoor heated parking, storage, secure, indoor bike rack, close to downtown, NOTO and highways. Maria and Mike Wilson have been GREAT to work with through out the process of moving, settling in and answering my numerous questions. 😎

A wonderful downtown loft at its finest! Close to all the shopping and restaurants that up and coming downtown Topeka has to offer! On site secured garage parking and trash chute are just some of the amenities that I particularly enjoy. A great place to call home!
