K street flats is great, just got my kitchen remodeled and new appliances. They just made a great gym and lounge as well!
Went to kstreet’s Friendsgiving event and it was so fun! I love how they put on community events all throughout the year for different holidays. Really brings everyone together
I have been a resident here for 8 months now and it's so far been a pretty nice experience. I love the apartment and amenities. There also opening a new gym soon so I'm very excited to make use of it. Wish I could continue leasing here.
Amazing tour! Pepe was super friendly and patient with us. We spent the full hour touring all the open units and it was a great experience.
Everything so good, Alessia the manager always being a wonderful host, The ice cream made a perfect match with a beautiful sunny day. Thank you and Happy Juneteenth!
