Our build was completed in February 2022 and we already have a roof leak. We reached out to K Hov who denies any responsibility and won't even send someone out to look. Update: the roof is now leaking in 2 spots, dripping water all over the floors. We have had 2 roofers come out to look at the issue and both have said that the vents were installed incorrectly, causing the issue. K Hov refuses to accept responsibility. Avoid this builder at all costs.
Not a good place to just stop in, but they are wonderful homebuilders. Very talented staff.
This builder is a great company. Build on your lot. Many options to choose from. A++
Friendly staff. No parking available for over night. Speedy unload.
