Avoid their properties at all costs. Awful management. If you must stay in one of their housing complexes be sure you know your rights and are ready to exercise them.

Our only interaction with Judge is through the apartment complex they have. It should have been a tip off as they don't list our complex as one of their properties. Company as a whole is rather strange, their website doesn't show any properties in Troy which can make it hard to reach anyone besides the Administrative/Leasing Assistant/AP Amalia. Which becomes an issue as she often picks and chooses what emails or texts she wants to respond to. At times communication was immediate, while others we'd spend 2 weeks waiting on a response. She was also sporadic on a punctual level, either 5 minutes early or 45 mins late. Her disgraceful unprofessionalism and disrespect when communicating over the phone and email was a big reason we decided not to re-lease. It was amazing how different her attit
