Yolanda and I met on a transaction by accident with a co-branding on a different listing with one of my other Listing Agents. Her buyers didn't end up buying from that particular listing but ended up with my Lending institution instead and we both closed the transaction with ease. If there’s one thing I have learned as a first time home buyer is to trust the process and not let a disappointment discourage you from moving forward. Not only did she go all the way for us but she made sure we got our dream home as a first time home buyer.
