Josephine Lofts

I really am happy with my decision to move to Josephine Lofts. It’s a quiet building and I feel safe here. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and professional, great service. Apartments have exposed brick, high ceilings and beautiful wood floors. My favorite feature might be my patio with a gate to the dog play area, pup’s happy! Love the Lower Garden District!

Located in a wonderful area,where transportation is optional if you want go sightseeing via Biking,RTA,or just walking in general. I'd enjoyed the quiet setting of the sky patio overlooking the lower garden distrct area.Great fitness room as well. The Staff's response time are in a class of their own in regards to asking for information. HIGHLY reccommend living here if you desire best of the best along with a peace of mind

Great location and beautiful loft-style apartments. The building has tons of character, great natural light, and the staff is friendly and professional. Quick responses to questions and a really smooth touring experience. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something unique in the city.

The floor plan is lovely and the atmosphere is much nicer than other complexes I’ve visited in New Orleans. Taelor was super helpful and such a pleasure to talk to.

I was pleasantly surprised by the historic charm of the apartments, the convenience to shopping, restaurants etc...and last but not least Taelor was absolutely amazing!
