Johnson Meadows Apartments

I only gave this place one star because it doesn’t let me give it no stars at all. First of all, before you sign the lease the manager is really nice and friendly! Afterwards they don’t care for you! If you want a maintenance request it takes forever for them to fix it your request! Not to mention the manger is really rude! Apartments are significantly cheap but management should go through customer service training. Erika is really friendly though!

The apartment manager is very nice! The apartments are pet friendly like it says on the web site. The only problem I have is that the fishing ponds are not open to fish at all. The apartments are a little pricey when you have a pet the rent go’s up 25.00 pet per

Management won't do anything about noise. Says tenants are allowed to make as much noise as they want until 10 PM.

I'm just curious how many current tenants pay their rent with money orders just to be told they didnt receive the payment? It seems to happen a lot. And get hit with late charges!!!

This is my 3rd year living here people keep to themselves you will hear your neighbors like any apartment the only thing that is a issue I feel is the trash cans fill up literally same day as trash pick up to where I can't even take mine out I have to toss it at work.
