Joanne is a delight! Being first time homebuyers, my husband and I were very unsure about how the whole process would go and Joanne assuaged our fears, as well as took the time to educate us. She was eloquent and quick to respond if we had questions outside of scheduled meeting times. Joanne was recommended by a friend that had also successfully bought a home with Joanne’s help and I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking!

My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers and started the process of looking for our first home at the beginning of this year. We initially started our search with a different real estate agent and felt very overwhelmed and lost with the home buying process. As a first time home buyer, working with Joanne was an excellent experience. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I didn't have much of an idea what I was getting myself into when I entered the real estate market, especially with the market being as competitive as it was in the first half of 2023; but Joanne walked me through the entire process and made sure that along the way that I knew what was going on at every step. She also had a large network of people who she was able to recommend of the home buying process, (e.g. mortgage brokers, home inspectors, ect.). Overall, I would highly recommend working with Joanne.
