Jillian Square Apartments

Fantastic place overall. Perfect amount of space, location is central and not too far from everything I needed, and very quiet. Front office staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downsides are that appliances and furniture are a little dated and rent is a little high. Other than that though it was a very pleasant experience.

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and half. When we first moved in it wasn't too bad, the apartments are definitely dated and so are the appliances but we made do. Then we quickly realized that not only are the apartments dated but the sound proofing is horrible. We can hear everything our upstairs neighbors talk about and can even hear our neighbors children running around their apartment... And they live at the other end of the hall! The laundry room in our building is usually FILTHY! Yesterday it was closed most of the day for "cleaning" and when I went in there today it was even dirtier than before! There are cigarette butts everywhere despite the signs and noticed they give out, plus the hallways usually smell of smoke too. The management says they care but they'd rat

I lived here for 3 years, never had any issues with the employees. They were always helpful and always picked up the phones. Work orders were usually done quick. The appliances and apartments inside were pretty aged but they did the job and no issues.

We moved from California, we were promised a remodeled apartment but we got an apartment that was incredibly outdated. When we brought this up to the office they lied to our faces saying they had no remodeled apartments, and then we found out the apartment across from us was vacant and remodeled. When we brought this up to the office they asked us what could they do to make it better. We requested new appliances since all are very dated. They said they would, but only ended up replacing the dishwasher. We were told the washer and dryers are cleaned regularly, which certainly isn't true. They are always broken and smell.
