I wish I could give them zero stars. They do not pick up calls or emails. Definitely reporting them to the real estate board. They should not be able to serve the public. I could only imagine how bad the clients They represent get treated.

The JDS Group and employees use many aliases, LLCs in selling property. They also seem to exclude non-brokers from buying (a form of discrimination). Do your research. They’ve refused to provide proof of WHO they’re representing, along with their right to sell.

Jason Smith of JDS is the most unprofessional real estate agent I've ever encountered! Tried contacting him for a property of which he is the listing agent. He never returned phone calls, voicemail or emails. Finally he picked up the phone, but didn't want to answer any questions and simply said he'd call me back later. Asked when he'll call back, he said within the same day. Of course he never called back. Saw other bad reviews about him too. I suspect this guy is a scam. Whether you are a buyer or seller do NOT work with him. The homes he "listed" have been on market for almost a year. It tells you something.

Most unprofessional / unethical real estate company around. Discloses to there OWN clients what to bid for highest and best. Take a look at 11 Catherdal Court in Cumberland RI. Same situation.. Seller is the buyers agent.. Scammers! Reported and sent screenshots to the MA Realtors Board and also the state for these unethical practices!

How can you be a broker and a listing agent and not return calls??
