These clowns waited until closing day to make sure paperwork was in order on a sale of a couple lots in Cumberland County. Everyone had to scramble to get them copies of driver's licenses and get signatures notarized on necessary documents. This closing date was set over a month earlier. Liars or Just Lazy? Decide for Yourself My realtor chose JD Land Title to perform the paperwork when I purchased a manufactured home on a lake 7.5 years ago. At the closing, I asked why the title insurance only covered the land, and was told that manufactured homes cannot be covered by title insurance. That led me to inquire whether they had done a title search. Their response went something like "Oh yes, and everything checked out just fine. There are no liens or any other potential problems with the home." When I asked why I didn't see a copy of the title with my paperwork, they replied that was normal and that I'd get the title once my mortgage was paid off. Fast forward 7.5 years later when I'm selling the home. The buyer and I are using a different title company, and we were shocked
