Great Landlord, Down to earth. It's a college town and I have legitimately seen these college kids treat her so wrong. Probably why they try to leave 1 star reviews. If you was raised right and have morals, this Landlord is so awesome, responsive and quick to handle any issues with maintenance. I'm a disabled veteran, I can feel when I'm meeting with a good or a bad person. Mrs. Janice is a Good-hearted, strong, business woman. Please respect her as such and may God bless you all.

Rented from Janice a couple of times. Seeing some negative comments I have to reply. Our experience with Janice was excellent. Whenever an issue she had it looked after right away. Good communication. We would definitely rent one of her properties again.

The landlord could never be contacted and when I was told I'd be issued my security deposit back as well as a refund for my final months rent which I paid on accident, it took weeks for them to comply. Totally unprofessional.

Amazing ABnB in downtown st Augustine. Clean and super easy check in. We are in st augustine a lot and will never use anybody else.
