Janesville Garden Court

I was told I was approved for an apartment in the garden court property on the south side and that compliance had to just finalize things. Hurried and did all the paperwork. Grabbed doctors note for my dog. Basically ran around like a chicken with my head cut off to get everything done. Completely packed my WHOLE house because I was told I could give my thirty day notice to my current landlords. Then they call me back to tell me that I was not approved because I make just a little bit too much. They completely inconvenienced me and were completely inconsiderate because they told me I was approved and now I'm completely packed with nowhere to move to. It's probably a blessing in disguise to not have to deal with this company if this is how they do things. This is not how you do business wit

Constant bed bug and roach issues, they don’t clean and vacuum the hallways regularly. The only nice management is Jennifer. They have mold issues as well. I wouldn’t recommend living there. They are also bad at communicating except for Jennifer.

I called about low-income housing and spoke with Kelsey. She was very professional, kind, and walked me through the process on how to apply. She had such good energy and made me feel welcomed , which really meant a lot. I truly appreciate her help!

I am living here for multiple years and not realizing that the the they don't clean most of people's Apartments except for mine I feel bad for everyone else everyone I hope management realizes that they need to start working on everyone not just people out of a box or hat so if management reads this please do something about it and not just email me for opinions this is an actual fact

I moved into garden court.apartments last nov.and it's not a good place to live.been here only a yr and cant wait to move.management isn't very good.and maintenence doesn't do much work they walk around alot.and tenants here our very nosey. And some of them think they run the show here. And. They.also let the homeless in the building.
