Jackson Lastra Property Management Group

I live in a community called Borgata in Boynton Beach Florida that is managed by Jackson Lastra Property Management Group. I have reached out to Daniel and Robin (his wife) on numerous occasions regarding several violations in the community and they NEVER return my telephone calls and are NEVER in their office. There is continuous overnight parking on the street across from the President of Borgata's home, the lakes are always dirty with green algae, the entrance gates are always broken and bent, hedges are 8 to 9 feet tall blocking the lake view and nothing is done about these issues. The previous Management Company would drive through our neighborhood weekly to observe any violations and take care of them immediately. Jackson Lastra Property Management Group owners/managers are NEVER see

Robin & Daniel were incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful throughout my moving process. They made applying a breeze and made me feel very welcome in my new community.

Worst in Florida. Be Aware Always they bring in their close associates for all projects They part with a firm and they use the same firm for another project very dark side to this management Company I dont think there is enough space to explain it all!!

They purposely go into vulnerable communities and present themselves as a solution. They either work with crooked board members or simply stupid people.They work towards projects that Daniel can be your personal project manager and push your community to pay him a heavy assessment for Engineering to assess your communities roofs with no roofing company contracted. Placing heavy assessments which force people into foreclosures. I am pretty convinced that they work with their inside connections with realtors and investors.

This company was fired by new board after a year of ineffectiveness, not to mention over $1M loss from failed roofing project they were hired to oversee.
