We highly recommend Jayne Buchanan to anyone either buying or selling a home. Jayne, represented both the seller and us as the buyer in our recent home purchase. She did so with the utmost professionalism and integrity. This was one of our more difficult home purchases and just one example involved historic hurricane Helene, which took out communications in the home stretch of contract negotiations. With diligence and patience demonstrated by all, we got to closing and are now enjoying our new property.

Judith, will show you a house, that is it. As for communication very poor. Did not even know when the closing date was . Asked if we wanted to do a final walk through after we had closed on the house. Didn't show up for closing. Never even called or texted thank you for the business. Its a shame because we are cash buyers and very easy to work with. On our next purchase we will not be using this place.
