I appreciated the fair monthly rent and prompt communication between tenant/landlord. However, I and several others from different AllPro properties did not receive their security deposit back at the end of lease, regardless of whether the place was just as clean as it was upon arrival. Had I received my security deposit back at the end of my lease, this rating would have likely been 5 stars.

Amazing service! Sunita and Dwight helped my wife and I find a place when we moved to Sylva from across the country in less than a day! We were so lucky to find them. Very prompt and professional company that made the stresses of moving much easier. The house we moved into was well taken care of and anything we needed they came through in timely fashion. Would recommend to anyone needing help finding a new home!

The whole Allpro Management team is awesome! They are always responsive, they help as much as possible, and they care about their tenants! I never had a single problem while leasing through Allpro. Hands down if I ever move back to the area I would rent from them again! Thank you to all of you!

I wish more property management companies were like All Pro Property Management. From day 1 of talking on the phone looking for a place to live, up until today when I did my move out walk through, I cannot conjure up one negative thing to say. For 3 years, they held up their end of the lease agreement (and I mine), when things broke (because that is what happens from time to time) they were on it immediately to fix it. Here are a few examples: My a/c window unit died in the middle of the summer and I had a brand new one with-in hours ready to install; In older apartments, especially the ground floor units, plumbing can become an issue. All pro came over with in 30 minutes of the ONE plumbing mishap we had (in 3 years) and they worked to resolve the issue with out leaving us in a bind o

Outstanding service for property management! Very good communications, returns calls promptly. never spends money without contacting us. Very good monthly and annual statements. We also use a property manager for rentals we have in Asheville and the difference in service is night and day.
