Brown Haven Homes: Sylva Office

Working with Ryan and Natalie has been very smooth. No design idea or modification seemed out of reach and they worked through them efficiently. First inquired about a potential new home approximately 45 days ago with no intentions to build for a couple years. They have made it so easy to want to build so we have finalized our selections and are now moving forward full speed. Their process is just different than most builders and very seamless. I am in the construction industry so I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. My expectations moving forward are very high but theirs seem to be as well. Very Exciting!!!

BrownHaven has made home building incredibly easy so far! From our first meeting with Ryan we knew we were at the right place. We’ve gotten to have fun designing with Natalie and her input is invaluable! Her eye for design - she is the absolute best! This has been a fun process and we’re looking forward to seeing our home come together!

We have had a great experience so far working with Brown Haven. Zach and now Ryan have both been very helpful and responsive, and have made the process much easier. Working with Natalie has been a joy as she's helped us craft the home we have wanted for a while. Nate's knowledge has been invaluable to us as we've worked to locate the right property. They've all been flexible as we've hit external snags, and they have helped us navigate those. We are looking forward to starting the construction phase and working with Clayton to get our home going.

We had the best experience with Natalie not only during our selections meeting but with the whole design process! She was extremely patient with our questions and concerns and did a masterful job interpreting our design inspirations into a workable (and affordable) plan. She took what could have been an overwhelming task and made it fun and approachable! We are so excited to have our new home built and see the results!
