I would not recommend this place to family or friends. My experience was very disappointing. For context, when I first toured the property, I was told I couldn’t view the actual unit I was interested in because it needed repairs from the previous tenant. Instead, I was shown a similar unit and was told that the one I’d be renting would be ready around 12/15. However, today (12/24) when I was scheduled to do a walk-through before signing the lease, I was informed that there were still multiple unresolved issues with the unit. While I understand that normal wear and tear is to be expected, the problems were more significant—there was a large burn mark in the carpet, torn and damaged vinyl flooring, a leaking washer, paint flakes throughout the unit, and various scratches and dings on the wa

I’ve lived at Jacks Villas for almost a year now, throughout this time, both the office staff and maintence have been awesome. The office sends out emails every now and then to help keep the community looking good, like taking down decorations after the holidays for example. The maintence team always gets work orders completed quickly and with a smile and they keep the yards well cared for throughout the year. Apartment living at its best 😊

Updating my review 9 months later, demoted to 2 stars. the apartment is nice However management is awful. here is what happened, Lease was running up so decided to do 6 months for now, i get a notice saying i owe a 500$ fee for now being "month to month" i go down there to see what is going on, what i signed was not the lease but a notice that i need a lease, ok whoops my bad, no worries i can sign now and the fee will be waved since it had only been 7 days, i sign the lease and right after I'm told they talked to there manager and the fee wont be waved after all. i feel tricked and lied to. good thing i only signed a 6 month lease, will not be renewing again. We love our apartment. Super cute and updated. Brandon is very friendly and made our move in easy and smooth. Would recommend people to move here. Close to shopping and grocery stores.

I’ve been a resident here since it opened in 2021 and have always appreciated the kind assistance I’ve received from the staff. I’ve also enjoyed the diverse neighborhood and the vibrant culture that has developed around the complex. The neighborhood appreciation is truly thoughtful.
