J B Milam Apartments

Many of the people that live here harass, pound on the floors, stomp down the hallways, slam doors at all hours and consistently lie and target others.. Many residents here do not follow the rules nor are they equally enforced. These are the people that create the very environment that makes this place extremely awful for the rest of us to live in. Resident since 2021.

So in case anyone is wondering, my posts about contractual laws, is because my wife and I live in HUD housing, that is privately owned....? Anyways, because I am sure that the administration here, probably trowels our Facebook... this is for them. We live in a 100 unit apartment building. This building is FULL of BLACK MOLD. Residents have UTI's ALL THE TIME. Black mold can cause UTI's. We have been having a problem with the washers and dryers in this building. 100 apartments and 3 washers and dryers on each floor. Two of the washers on the 1st floor, have STANDING, STAGNANT, MOLDY WATER IN THEM....the 3rd just doesn't work. The management here at the JB MILLAN BUILDING, continues to inform us that the washer company has an IRON CLAD CONTRACT, that they CAN NOT get out of. To begin with ;

This used to be a great place to live. The previous manager didn't mess with the residents but took care of business. The new management is rude, degrading, inconsiderate, abominable to the residents, treats them like children and invades their privacy, and is totally disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Don't come to the Milam apartments, !!!

Disgusting display of management and staff. Building is full of bed bugs and just being passed around to them and to you at home when you come visit. Mike and Lee Jane GOT to be the laziest worst display of what it means to better for the elderly.

These are the most cockroach and bedbug infested apartments I have ever seen. The new manager is the worst, breaks laws. She thinks she can do whatever she wants. Horrible place
