I can’t say enough about how happy we are with our home. From the beginning Ben, Justin, and Jenny were awesome. We were able to customize everything and were able to do some things ourselves to save money. Attention to detail was paid by all his employees. Amber and Mark did anything we asked them to do. The greatest compliment I can give Ben is on his integrity. We had items come in lower than contracted and he passed those savings on to us. Highly recommend Shaffer Homes!!!

Fantastic folks to work with they are extremely accommodating to changes opinions and views of the perspective home builder. They have several different contractors they work with so they can make sure that I’m getting the correct one for my design.

I and my wife bought a home in Pryor. It was an older home and needed some repair work. The house needed to be leveled. We were told that because the house was plaster and lathe that they could not level it because it was too heavy. So we had them install Sheetrock and insulation. It was a big mistake they argued about doing the trim but it was in the contract. So they did the trim but they did a horrible job. They told me that I needed a sub pump to drain the water out from under the house so we paid to have the sub pump put in only to find out today they never connected it to power, so I have standing water all under my house they did not support the floors so I now have areas of the floor that sag and sink when you walk on them. My advise is to stay away from Shaffer homes fo
