Claremore Village

Over the past 1.5 years we’ve done three roof repairs for this property and have yet to be paid. We got a five star review!! However that doesn’t count as currency. Rachel was the property manager. Super nice woman. However her bosses are apparently hard to deal with. A small amount of $1200 has been owed to us for 18 months. I’d love to change this review after payment is received without a court room. Doesn’t seem likely.

Thought this a great place to live until management let me go 3 weeks without a working toliet during the worst, snow, ice and below temperature's event in our history. Was offered a key to another building across the complex to use the restroom in. Another tenent was left without a working refrigerator for over a week. I could go on but...if you complain about the manager you get eviction threats. Stay away.

Lived here for two years. They are attentive and friendly. A good place for seniors like me.

Be afraid, be very afraid! You would not believe the HORROR STORIES i have heard about this place, as well as the property Manager!

Beautiful place to stay very relaxing and quiet
