Disorganized and inattentive to detail. I had to explain several things over and over that they should understand. Lack of proactive diligence, lack of communication, and very informal written communication with elementary-level grammatical and spelling errors left me uneasy and stressed about the process with them. I gave 2 stars because at least they're friendly but goodness sakes. Do better. This should be a professionally conducted business as they are dealing in legal and financial matters.
