Update: Still no elevator in service and the management company has the nerve to say to wait for the elevator to get resolved close to almost HALF of the year with no building elevator do NOT trust this company Still no elevator this company is penalizing its tenants becouse half of fhe building isnt payin rent! according to leasing team there are no funds ro fix the elevator Sick how we are being treated! as if this was low incomw housing building 4 Months now with no Elevator and your expecting me to pay rent? we are considering not too This company is a joke another memo sent the elevator is fixed when its not!! Don not rent from this company especially property Logan Lofts PM team sent a memo last Friday elevator was fixed, it is now Monday and broken again going on almost 3 months
