I will just say this...I tried to cash out refinance with multiple mortgage companies, and Alpine Mortgage got it done for me!!! I contacted them and they got right to work! I worked personally with Bart Natoli and he got all of my information and lined everything up for me! Bart was great with communicating exactly what I needed and was very straight up in what I was to expect!!! It was honestly one of the most refreshing experiences I've had with a mortgage company!! No one could get me funded.. ..But Bart at Alpine Mortgage worked through my situation and got it done! I'm now refinanced and funded!!!!! Thanks Bart, I really appreciate it! A 5 star rating is only half of what I would give Steve and Alpine Mortgages. If there is a 10 star rating they deserve that for sure. Steve walked us through everything at every step for our first home we bought. If you’re looking to buy a home or refinance do yourself a favor and call Alpine first. I know from my experience with them it took all the stress myself and my wife were having talking with other brokers/lenders. Our rates and closing costs were far less with Alpine than any other lender out there by a minimum of 5k.
