Edit: The management team reached out to me about this issue after this review and refunded my half month of rent from December. I appreciate the fast response. I was a tenant at Crestwood Apartments in Middletown. I paid rent for the full month of December and had not fully moved out, but my belongings were removed from the unit during that time. A new tenant then moved in halfway through the month, and I was told I would receive my security deposit and a refund for the unused portion of rent. While my deposit was returned, I never received the remaining half-month rent refund despite multiple calls and emails. I am not normally the type to write a review unless it is deserved. This is one of those instances. I would like to highlight Andy specifically in this review for his professionalism, humanity, and kindness. When I was facing a difficult and uncertain time in regards to my tenancy, when no one else returned my calls or emails, Andy came through. He made first contact with me. At first, I admit, I had no idea what his function was or whether I could trust him. Being a working class person, living paycheck-to-paycheck, I have come to expect adversity. Andrew has been nothing but a sweet soul during my time of need, living in the location that I have been has been the best thing. When I was really going through it, Andrew (Andy for short) stepped in and was able to work with me through my medical issues as well, make sure that I was a forever tenant. He has my attention for sure and I’m glad I can contact this man whenever and he is able to help me through anything. I give this man more than a 10 out of 10. He deserves a 1000 for sure. I can't say enough great things about Andy and the maintenance team at Garden Hill Apartments! Their dedication and hard work saved a tenant! During the Northpoint takeover, there were some challenges that made me consider breaking my lease. However, Andy's leadership and the team's commitment to treating tenants with respect and care completely changed my perspective. Andy is such a wonderful man. He’s big reason for me to keep resigning my lease. To have someone who’s so understand and willing to make sure his tenant is COMFORTABLE in their home is very rare to have. Any issue I have Andy be to make sure it’s fixed in a timely manner. Andy is a true gem HONESTLY
