Village Springs at Montvale

I’ve read the reviews from the consumer affairs about toll brothers homes online but they build nearly 10,000 houses a year, there are going to be issues here in there they are human and there are going to be a few bad apples at that kind of scale but they are ranked number 1 in quality for a reason. I can say i bought a spec house which has some minor cosmetic touch ups needed but are no big deal and Meghan and Danielle were wonderful and professional always called me back right away and worked with my bank for whatever info was needed. Devin the construction manager went above and beyond. Was the process always super easy, no. And the reality is it never is so if you expect that you are living in a fantasy. And i can say im extremely happy thus far with this purchase and would recommend

Tall brothers company doesn't deliver homes on time, company blames on shortages of supplies. Didn't they know about it before signing contract ? Company is delaying delivery of home not by weeks but BY FEW MONTH. Weeks of delays I would understand , BUT not few to several month delay . Unfortunately this comes out ones you are in the contract!!!!
